Not Quite a Husband - Sherry Thomas Why do her books always, always, always fall apart three-quarters of the way through? I can tell you the exact point where she muffed it and went for cheap elaboration of the conflict and resolution through external conflict, but I can't tell you why she went that way instead of one that required more character development.

Also, this is not a book for people tired of the adventures of white people against an exotic brown backdrop. Two POC get names but I do not think any get lines.
